CONTACT:
The winning bidder must make contact with me through my eBay e-mail within twenty-four hours of auction close.
DEPOSIT:
A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This Deposit may be made by either (1) a Bank wire transfer or (2) cash in person ONLY. The 24 hour period will start starting a 9am the first day the banks are open following the end of this auction. If the full deposit is not received within 24 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer.
BANK WIRE INFORMATION and FEES:
If you elect to pay by Bank Wire Transfer (rather than cash), I will reply to your initial Contact E-mail with the Bank Wire Information you will need to make the transfer. You will be responsible for all bank wire fees payable to your bank for the transfer. Please keep in mind that some banks don’t do bank wires after 12:00 noon. Also, a bank wire may take up to four hours to completely clear.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT:
The Balance of payment must be made within 3 business days of the end of the auction. This balance of payment may be made by either (1) a Bank wire transfer or (2) cash in person ONLY. The 3 business day period will start starting a 9am the first day the banks are open following the end of this auction. A business day means any weekday day the banks are open but does not include the weekends or legal holidays. If the balance of payment is not received within 3 business days, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer.
TIME OF PAYMENT & PICKUP:
Pick up of the vehicle must be within five (5) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and/or legal holidays) from close of auction. If Buyer is to arrive in person to pick up vehicle, then Buyer MUST show up during the banking business days of Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays or days when the banks are closed) and no later than 12pm (noon). If paying by bank wire, the Buyer should have made all preliminary arrangements with his or her bank for a wire transfer of the final payment due before showing up at Seller’s location to pickup the vehicle. To find your bank’s location nearest to where I am located, type in my city (Fernandina Beach), state (Florida) and zip code (32034) into a search locator on your banks web page. I am located about 45 miles from Jacksonville, Florida.
OTHER:
All payments, including the Deposit, must be verified and must have cleared before the vehicle will be released. The Bill of Sale as prepared by the Seller must be signed and notarized by the Buyer before the vehicle will be released. The Bidder must be the same person as the Buyer must have proper license and proof of insurance to complete this transaction. Buyer is also responsible for their applicable state sales tax, registration and handling/licensing fee. This vehicle is sold as is where is.
SHIPPING:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transport fees concerning this transaction. I am not affiliated with any shipping company. I do not recommend any specific company. If you need the vehicle shipped, you must make all of the arrangements. At my sole discretion, I may or may not offer the Buyer the courtesy of driving the car to a nearby drop-off location for shipment only after payment for the vehicle has completely cleared my bank. However, you must contact me before buying to confirm my availability. I will not accept any responsibility or liability for any mishap in delivering the vehicle to the shipper. Once the vehicle is delivered to the shipper, it is the sole responsibility and liability of the shipper to care for the vehicle.
TITLE / BILL OF SALE:
As the Seller, I will provide Buyer with the Title and a Bill of Sale for the transaction. The signatures of the Seller and Buyer on the Bill of Sale are to be notarized by a Florida Notary which can be found at my local bank. As the Seller, I own the title free and clear of any liens and have I the title in my possession. FEEDBACK:

Any Unqualified or Deadbeat Bidding, Auction Interference or any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any damages or losses incurred by your failure to fulfill your contract will be aggressively pursued for collection and may affect your credit or assets. If you have negative feedback, bid retractions, or other symptoms of a nonpaying bidder, or you bid without meeting the Bidder Requirements of this auction as I have clearly stated herein, then your bid will be canceled.
If you do not meet my Buyer Requirements as listed in these Terms and Conditions and you put in a winning bid in the final minutes or seconds at the end of the auction before I am able to cancel your bid, then I will file charges against you through eBay, the local Courts of Nassau County, Florida and hold you responsible for the any and all damages incurred including but not limited to Attorneys fees, court costs, additional daily storage costs of the vehicle at the rate of $75.00 per day plus damages for the loss of the sale and I will sell the vehicle to the another qualified Bidder. If the next highest qualified bidder is not interested in purchasing the vehicle, then I may re-list the vehicle at my discretion and you will be liable for a $500 re-listing fee penalty in addition to the other charges and penalties mentioned.
Any bid retractions may require me to end this auction. I reserve the right to sell this vehicle to the high bidder, even if the vehicle does not meet reserve (if applicable). No bid retractions are allowed in the last 24 hours of this auction. Your bid is a contract to purchase. Any bid retractions with less than 24 hours remaining on the auction will make this auction subject to cancellation or re-listing at my discretion and you will be liable for a $500 re-listing fee penalty.
